Our focus is on research, strategy, architecture and education— a collective body of work we call pre-design. In a nutshell, we work with you to make sense of the user needs, stakeholder requirements, technology, content, politics and people that play important roles in the development of really big, complicated websites. Together, we’ll define success and provide a roadmap for how to get there.
We talk a lot about pre-design here, but we also understand that great plans don’t work themselves into successful websites. With our design partner, Edward Mullen Studio, numerous development partners or your internal creative and development teams, we help you manage the many moving parts of a new web endeavor to make sure the site meets your users’ (and your) expectations.
While we can walk away from a website after launch, you can’t—so we want to make sure you and your organization have what it takes to sustain your website for the long-haul. That’s why we offer ongoing workshops, webinars, online courses and this blog for leaders and website contributors at all levels of your organization.
There’s a lot more to a website than just the way it looks. We are here to help sort it all out.
